Service

An app only makes sense
if it brings customers back.

We build iOS and Android apps for Italian businesses in Miami. But first we tell you honestly whether you need one: seven times out of ten the answer is no, and a well-built website serves you better.

Before you spend

When an app makes sense

An app costs ten times what a website costs and needs maintaining for years. It only pays off if the customer has a reason to open it more than once.

  • ✓Customers order or book from you several times a month
  • ✓You want to stop paying 25–30% commission to Uber Eats and DoorDash
  • ✓You already run a loyalty or points scheme, even on paper
  • ✓You have more than one location, or are about to open one

When it does not

We tell you before you sign, not after.

  • ✕You opened less than six months ago and have no regulars yet
  • ✕You want one "because everyone has one"
  • ✕You only need to show a menu, hours and contacts: a website does that, for free
  • ✕Nobody on your team can handle live orders

If you fall in this second list we say so on the first call and propose a web app instead: it opens in the browser, saves to the home screen like a real app, and costs a third as much.

What we build

The features people ask for most

Ordering and delivery

Menu, cart, Apple Pay and Google Pay checkout, pickup or delivery. Orders land on a tablet in the kitchen or straight into your POS.

Loyalty and coupons

Points, tenth coffee free, win-back discounts for customers who have not returned in a while. Highest return of any feature: it brings back people who already chose you once.

Bookings

Tables, appointments, rooms. With automatic reminders that genuinely cut no-shows — the plague of every appointment-based business in Miami.

Push notifications

The most direct channel there is: no algorithm in between, no cost per message. Used sensibly it beats a thousand Instagram followers.

Catalog and price list

For wholesalers and dealer networks: browsable catalog, customer-specific pricing, one-tap reorders.

Member area

Order history, documents, subscriptions, membership cards. For gyms, professional firms and subscription services.

How it works

From MVP to the full thing

We do not build your dream app in one go. We build the smallest version that solves the most urgent problem, put it in real customers hands, then decide together what to add based on how they actually use it.

01

Scoping — 1 week

We agree on the two or three essential features and what can wait. The fixed price comes out of this.

02

Design — 2 weeks

You see every screen before a line of code is written. Changes at this stage cost nothing.

03

Development — 4–6 weeks

Every two weeks we send you a build to install on your phone and try. No surprises at the end.

04

Publishing — 1–3 weeks

We open developer accounts in your name ($99/year Apple, $25 one-off Google), prepare listings and screenshots and handle Apple review, which is the least predictable part.

FAQ

App questions

What does it cost to maintain each year?

Budget $99/year for the Apple account, roughly $40–120/month of server depending on traffic, and a couple of updates a year to keep up with new iOS and Android versions: $600 to $1,800 a year. Anyone who does not tell you this upfront will let you find out later.

One app or two separate ones for iPhone and Android?

One. We build with React Native or Flutter, producing both versions from a single codebase: about 40% cheaper than two separate builds, and you update once instead of twice.

Can Apple reject my app?

Yes, it happens, and it is almost always procedural: missing privacy policy, non-compliant screenshots, features too close to a plain website. We handle it and resubmit until it passes, at no extra cost.

Can I start with something cheaper?

Yes: a web app. It opens in the browser, gets added to the home screen and feels like an app to the customer. No Apple review, from $3,500. It cannot send push notifications on iPhone, which is the one real limitation.

Tell us what you're opening.

Twenty minutes on the phone, no strings. We tell you what you actually need and what can wait.
