Every month thousands of people in Miami search for exactly what you sell. The job is making them find you before they find the competitor three blocks away.
Where we put your money, and why
Google Business Profile & local SEO
This brings more customers to a physical business than anything else, and most newly arrived Italians have not even verified theirs. Complete listing, correct categories, photos, hours, Q&A, reviews. Before spending a dollar on ads, this gets fixed.
- Listing verification and optimisation
- Review strategy and replies
- Site pages targeting local searches
- Presence on Yelp, Apple Maps, TripAdvisor
Google Ads
Someone searching "italian restaurant near me" or "authentic italian furniture Miami" has already decided to buy: the only open question is from whom. Search campaigns cost more per click but bring the warmest leads there are.
- Search campaigns across Miami-Dade and Broward
- Blocking searches that waste budget
- Call and booking tracking
- Italian-language ads for the local community
Meta Ads
Instagram and Facebook are for being discovered by people who do not know you exist: Italian tourists in town, residents within five miles, people who follow your competitors. Cheap per person reached and the right channel for an opening.
- Opening launch campaigns
- Local audiences within 5 miles
- Retargeting people who visited your site
- Italian tourists in Florida audience
Email and repeat customers
The channel everyone neglects and the most profitable one: bringing back an existing customer costs five times less than convincing a new one. We collect addresses and use them sparingly, without becoming a nuisance.
- Collecting contacts in store and online
- Bilingual monthly newsletter
- Automated win-back messages
- Event and seasonal promotions
Three rules we do not bend
1. You pay the ad spend directly
The Google Ads and Meta accounts are in your name, on your card. We come in as managers. You see exactly what you are spending at any moment and nobody can quietly mark up your budget. That practice is more common than you would think.
2. If a campaign does not pay, we switch it off
We do not keep failing campaigns alive to look busy. Month one is for testing, month two is for cutting what does not work and concentrating everything on what brings customers.
3. Google Business Profile first, ads second
If your Google listing is incomplete and you have no reviews, sending paid traffic is filling a leaking bucket. In the first thirty days we fix the foundations. It costs little and often brings more customers than the ads do.
What we do not do. We do not buy followers, do not promise page-one rankings, and do not write annual contracts you cannot exit. If after three months you are not happy, we part ways.
Management and ad spend: two different things
Management is what you pay us. Ad spend is what you pay Google and Meta, straight from your card. We always keep them separate so you know exactly where every dollar goes.
| Service | What it covers | Monthly fee |
|---|---|---|
| Google Business Profile setup | Verification, optimisation, photos, categories | $450 one-off |
| Local SEO | Content, reviews, directories, monitoring | $600 – $1,200 |
| Single channel (Google or Meta) | Setup, management, optimisation, reporting | $650 |
| Google + Meta together | Both channels, coordinated | $1,100 |
| Full package | Ads, local SEO, email, reviews | $1,850 |
| Opening campaign | Six intensive weeks around opening day | $2,400 one-off |
Suggested ad spend for a newly opened business in Miami: $800–1,200/month for the first three months, then adjusted based on what works. Below $500/month campaigns lack the data to optimise.
Campaign and SEO questions
What budget should I start with?
For a local business in Miami, $800–1,200/month for the first three months is the sensible threshold. Below $500/month the platforms cannot gather enough data to learn who your good customers are, and you end up paying for random clicks.
Google or Instagram?
It depends what you sell. If the customer has an immediate need — a restaurant tonight, a plumber, a lawyer — Google almost always wins. If you need to make people discover a product or a venue nobody is searching for, Meta costs far less. In the first months it usually pays to run both small and see which performs.
Do reviews really matter that much?
In Miami yes, more than in Italy. A business with 40 reviews at 4.6 stars gets chosen over one with 3 reviews even if it is pricier and further away. Ask for the review the same day, not a week later: that is the difference between a 5% and a 30% response rate.
Can I stop whenever I want?
After the first three months, yes, with thirty days notice. The first three are needed because before then there is not enough data to say whether it is working: anyone promising results in thirty days is guessing.
